These setup blocks from iGaging are perfect for setting up a myriad of machines in your shop. A ruler or tape is slow, awkward to handle and rarely gives a precise height/distance. These blocks can be used individually or stacked to give the exact height/distance you need, with a physical representation that you can see and feel. This set also includes 15/32" and 23/32" blocks to handle 1/2" and 3/4" plywood. Why? Because 1/2" and 3/4" plywood are actually 15/32" and 23/32" thick. You can combine blocks to come up with literally hundreds of different measurements from 1/16" to 6-1/8" and anything in between. Use this blocks individually or in combinations to get the exact height you need for your cut or for any other use you can dream up in your shop.
