Add crisp, decorative, detailed lines to your turning projects using the Easy Wood Tools wire burning kit. This kit will burn 3 different size lines in pens, spindles, bowls, hollow forms and vessels. The kit includes 2 beautifully turned Maple handles for refined, two-handed control. Handles come equipped with quick-loop hooks allowing quick and easy changing of wires. Kit includes wires in 3 lengths (6", 9",18") in 3 gauges (0.016", 0.020", 0.026"). Choose the best wire length and size for your project. Use the 6-inch wires for pens and small spindles, the 9" wire for medium size spindles, handles or pepper mills and the 18" wire or bowls and faceplate work. Wires are made from high-quality instrument wire with color-coded ends for easy identification. Replacement wires are available. To prevent wandering, add a small groove with a Detailer where you want the add each burn line. Now, all it takes is minimal downward pressure to produce a quick, dark burn line. For best results, add burn lines before sanding and finishing.
