IC-LOC™ Blue is a medium thickness, medium strength threadlock that is applied to the threads of fasteners before assembly. Once the IC-LOC™ Blue is cured, the fasteners can be disassembled with standard hand tools if required.

IC-LOC™ Red is a medium thickness, high strength threadlock that is applied to the threads of fasteners before assembly. Once the IC-LOC™ Red is cured, the fasteners are permanently together and cannot be disassembled. IC-LOC™ Red will maintain its strength up to 490° F.

IC-LOC™ Green is a thin, medium-high strength threadlock that is applied to fasteners that are already assembled. IC-LOC™ Green wicks down into the threads of fasteners using capillary action and has good performance even with oil coated fasteners.

Directions for IC-LOC™: Shake well, then apply IC-LOC™ Blue to the clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non-plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Blue is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. IC-LOC™ Blue prevents loosening of fasteners from normal use and vibration, but parts can still be disassembled with hand tools. IC-LOC™ Blue seals and prevents rusting of threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Remove residue with a damp cloth.

Directions for IC-LOC™ Red: Shake well and then apply IC-LOC™ Red to the clean and dry threaded areas before assembling non- plastic parts. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Red is anaerobic and cures in the absence of air, which occurs when a bolt, screw or nut is tightened. IC-LOC™ Red permanently prevents the loosening of threaded fasteners from shock and vibration, while sealing and preventing the rusting of threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Locked fasteners are only removable by heating them to 490°F (254°C). Remove residue with a damp cloth.

Directions for IC-LOC™ Green: Shake well and then apply IC-LOC™ Green to clean preassembled fasteners. Product sets in 10 minutes, with full cure within 24 hours. IC-LOC™ Green prevents the loosening of threaded fasteners from shock and vibration by wicking into threads. Cured temperature range is -60° to +300°F (-51° to +149°C). Locked fasteners are only removable by localized heating and hand tools. Remove residue with a damp cloth.
